Simple 5 Steps to Homemade Yogurt

Clean & Sterilize

Clean and sterilize utensils using hot water

Prepare Milk

Dissolve 180g milk powder in 1 litre of distilled warm water (43-45°C)

Add AMlac Yogurt Starter

Add 1g of AMlac yogurt starter

Incubate Machine

Incubate at 42-45°C for 6-10 hours

i.e. Yogurt Machine, Thermal Cooker

Refigerate

After incubation, refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving
